Sun Sun Asian Food online store provides nation-wide delivery services through out South Africa, using trust worthy courier companies. Our order processing time usually takes 48 hours and we process orders Monday to Friday. We aim to provide you fast and safe delivery.
Our shipping options and rates are as below:
Store Pick Up - Free of charge
Sun Sun have a physical store in the busy suburb of Durban North, our address is 63 Adelaid Tambo Drive, Durban North 4051, KZN.
Our store pick up order collection time usually takes 24 business hours exlucing public holidays and weekend to process for collection, Monday to Friday.
Trading hours: Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm; Sunday 9am to 3pm.
Local Delivery (Durban) - R120 up to 30kg single box
A one rate of R120.00 applies to the areas along the Durban coast up to Stanger in the North, Margate in the south, and in-land to Monteseel. Maximum weight and size is 30kg single box, orders exceeding such limit will be charged for extra parcel shipping cost accordingly.
Under 2kg Box/Bag (Nationwide) - R120
Orders within 2kg qualifies for this rate. This covers the Door-to-Door shipping nationwide in South Africa excluding special zones**, surcharge may apply for these special zones.
2kg to 10kg Box (Nationwide) - R160
Orders exceeds 2kg and within 10kg qualifies for this rate. This covers the Door-to-Door shipping nationwide in South Africa excluding special zones**, surcharge may apply for these special zones.
10kg to 20kg Box (Nationwide) - R180
Orders exceeds 10kg and within 20kg qualifies for this rate. This covers the Door-to-Door shipping nationwide in South Africa excluding special zones**, surcharge may apply for these special zones.
20kg to 25kg Box (Nationwide) - R210
Orders exceeds 20kg and within 25kg qualifies for this rate. This covers the Door-to-Door shipping nationwide in South Africa excluding special zones**, surcharge may apply for these special zones.
