Potstickers (Fried & Steamed at the same time)

  • Step 1: Using cast iron or non-stick pan on medium to high heat, add some oil in the pan.
  • Step 2: Place FROZEN dumpling on the pan with some gaps in between.
  • Step 3: Add water to cover 1/3 of the dumplings.
  • Step 4: Remain on high heat, with the lid on, let it cook until water completely evaporated.
  • Step 5: Open the lid and drizzle some sesame oil. Toss the pan to loosen the dumplings from the pan.
  • Step 6: Serve with dipping sauce and ENJOY!!

Steamed Dumpling

  • Step 1: Prepare a wok / deep pan with water and set a bamboo steamer on top. Remember to line the steamer, and you can have more than 1 layer.
  • Step 2: Place FROZEN dumpling in the steamer with some gaps in between.
  • Step 3: Turn on high heat to bring the water to boil, then reduce to medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4: Drizzle some sesame oil to prevent sticking and add flavour.
  • Step 6: Serve with dipping sauce and ENJOY!!

Boiled Dumpling or In Soup

  • Step 1: Bring plain water or broth to boil.
  • Step 2: Add FROZEN dumpling into the boiling water / broth.
  • Step 3: Lightly move the pot to prevent sticking until the dumpling’s floats.
  • Step 4: Drizzle some sesame oil to prevent sticking and add flavour.
  • Step 5 Serve in a bowl and ENJOY!
