Fried Dace Fish with Salted Black Beans 227g
Dace is a type of freshwater fish, also known as the Common Dace. It's most popular method of cooking is to be stir fired with salted black beans (also know as fermented soya beans). It's a delicious recipe that has been passed down hundreds of generations in China.
Ingredients: Dace fish, salted black beans, cooking vegetable oil, salt, white sugar, spices, food additives
Direction of use: Boil a pot of water and place the unopened can into boiling water to shimmer for 10-15 mins. Remove the can from the pot carefully and open when cooled to touch. Serve immediately.
